There are three options: If you have an account with us you can request repair service by going to our "Services" tab and select "Request Repair", you can request a repair service through any of our Gentle Monster Flagship Stores, or you can email Customer Service directly for assistance.

Yes! Our Repair team can verify the authenticity of your frames during the repair process. However, if you cannot provide your Authenticity Card any repairs that may be covered by the warranty would be void.

Gentle Monster's limited one-year frame warranty does not cover scratched lenses or broken frames due to customer’s normal wear and tear. Any kind of mishandling, accidental damages, or unauthorized repairs or alterations on your frames are not covered under warranty. In such cases, we will always notify you of the cost of the repair. Please note that no repairs or charges will be made without your prior consent and confirmation. If an item is not an authentic Gentle Monster product, we will have to respectfully decline the repair service and the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Repairs are processed in the order they are received and can take up to 14 business days to complete.
