There are three ways to request a repair service.
1. Online method: You’ll log into your account, then select "Services" and "Request Repair", and enter all available information.
2. In-store method: You can visit any of our Flagship stores.
3. Email method: You can email our Customer Service team for assistance.
Yes! Our Repair team can repair any genuine Gentle Monster product. However, please note that the Authenticity Card is required for the service to be covered by the warranty. If you are unable to provide the authenticity card, you will be responsible for any service fees.
Gentle Monster’s limited 2-year frame warranty does not cover scratched lenses or broken frames due to customer’s normal wear and tear. Any kind of mishandling, accidental damages, or unauthorized repairs or alterations on your frames are not covered under warranty. In such cases, we will always notify you of the cost of the repair. Please note that no repairs or charges will be made without your prior consent and confirmation. If an item is not an authentic Gentle Monster product, we will have to respectfully decline the repair service and the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Repairs are addressed in the order they are received. Repairs shipped to the US Headquarters can take up to 14 business days to be completed.
