Gentle Monster's limited one-year frame warranty does not cover scratched lenses or broken frames due to customer’s normal wear and tear. Any kind of mishandling, accidental damages, or unauthorized repairs or alterations on your frames are not covered under warranty. In such cases, we will always notify you of the cost of the repair. Please note that no repairs or charges will be made without your prior consent and confirmation. If an item is not an authentic Gentle Monster product, we will have to respectfully decline the repair service and the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
