IN-STORE SERVICE
Our global offline store offer adjustment or component replacement service (such as nosepad, screw, etc) for the utmost experience with our Gentle Monster products.
For services that cannot be conducted in-store, we assist with the process of repair submission to the Product Service Team in US office or HQ office.
