Gentle Monster uses FedEx 2 day shipping. Shipping typically takes two to seven business days, but please note that there can be possible shipping delays due to weather conditions. For the most accurate information about your package we recommend that you sign up for notifications through the FedEx.com tracking link in your shipping notification email.
If your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, has been damaged, or is missing items please reach out to Customer Service as soon as possible. Our Customer Service team will reach out to FedEx to open an investigation regarding your package.
Gentle Monster is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to the wrong address if the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Please confirm your mailing details before placing an order.
Gentle Monster does not currently offer expedited shipping. All of our packages are mailed through FedEx using 2 Day Shipping, and cannot be upgraded.

The tracking information may not have populated on the FedEx web site, even after having received an email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to become available.
Orders that were placed separately cannot be shipped together.
