Orders can take seven to ten days to process and ship. If you have not received tracking information, it is likely that your order has not been shipped yet.
Once your order has been submitted, the information cannot be changed. You can request a cancellation (as long as the order has not been processed and shipped out) and then place a new order with the correct information. Cancellations can only be completed prior to our Fulfillment team shipping out the order.
Please reach out to customer service as soon as you have noticed the error. It may not be possible to change the address and you may be required to cancel your order.
