Returns & Exchanges

Our ultimate objective is to ensure that our customers have a remarkable shopping experience with us at Gentle Monster. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase online, please contact customer service to assist you with any issues you may have. You may return or exchange the product for up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS as from the delivery date.

Returned products must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition with all tags and stickers attached, and in the original packaging. Gentle Monster will not accept products returned outside the guidelines (shown below). Anything returned outside the guidelines will not be accepted and will be shipped back to your shipping address. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form attached to the back of the invoice must be completed and included in the return package. Returns will be processed within 14 BUSINESS DAYS from the date we receive the package. Once we receive your package, your refund(s) will be issued within 7 BUSINESS DAYS from the day your return is completed.

To make an exchange, the original product must be returned first, and the new item must be purchased by the customer.

How to receive a return label

  1. Please go to [My account > My Order > View Order Details] and click the return button.
  2. Choose the reason for the return, and then fill out rest of the information for your return.
  3. We will respond to your request during normal business hours. After your return request has been approved, you will receive a label at the email address provided.
*Only orders within the contiguous U.S. are eligible for a free return shipping label. (Excludes AK and HI)

Canada customers must return their products at the customer’s own expense. This shipping fee is non-refundable. Customers may use the shipping method of their choice to return their items.Gentle Monster’s shipping address is as follows:

How to return your product:

  1. Repackage the Product, Invoice, Authenticity Certificate Card, Barcode, Product Booklet, RMA Form, and all packaging with protective materials intact.
  2. Use the label provided** and drop your package off at the most convenient FedEX location. You can also drop off the pre-labeled package at select Walgreens, Dollar General, and Walmart stores, as well as other select grocery stores. *If you don’t have access to a printer, you can print and return your package at the following locations: FedEx Office, FedEx Office at Walmart, and Walgreens.


Please note:

  1. Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at our flagship stores.
  2. Gentle Monster cannot claim ownership of the product until the Gentle Monster Returns Department confirms it has received the product.
  3. We can only accept purchases made in and through the United States and Canada websites.
