Order

  • I placed my order but have not received any tracking information.

    Orders can take up to 1-4 business days to process, and 1-4 days to complete delivery. This timeframe is subject to change during the holidays. Please note that Gentle Monster USA operates, Monday-Friday, from 9AM-6PM PST.

  • Can I change/edit my order details?

    Once your order has been submitted, the information cannot be changed. You can request a cancellation (as long as the order has not been processed and shipped out) and then place a new order with the correct information. Cancellations can only be completed prior to our Fulfillment team shipping out the order.

  • Can I purchase the frames or prescription lenses individually?

    All frames are sold as a whole unit and cannot be sold separately.

  • I placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation. What can I do?

    Please check your spam or junk folders. If you still have not located it, please email us at cs.us@gentlemonster.com.

  • My address is incorrect. Can it be changed?

    Please reach out to customer service as soon as you notice the error. Please note that cities, states, provinces, and zip codes cannot be changed, and the order will need to be cancelled. Additionally, customer service must be notified before the package has shipped. Gentle Monster is not responsible for packages that are delivered to the incorrect address, lost or stolen.

  • I bought a pair of frames as a gift. Can it be gift wrapped?

    All online orders include complimentary gift wrapping in Gentle Monster branded packaging. Please contact customer service before your package has shipped if you would like a complimentary shopping bag included with your order.

  • Does the website save my shopping cart?

    Shopping carts are automatically stored for 30 days. If you are not logged in, your shopping cart will only be saved while your web browser is open.

  • Is there a limit to the purchase quantity?

    There is a purchase limit of 3 total items per order. Some collaboration items may be limited to one per person. If you would like to place a large order of more than 4 items, please contact customer service for assistance.

  • Can I get a shopping bag when I order?

    Shopping bags are not included when purchasing online.

  • I'm not seeing my complete address on my order confirmation.

    Please reach out to Customer Service for confirmation of your address.

  • Do you offer any discounts, sales, or gift cards?

    Gentle Monster USA does not currently offer any discount, store credit, or gift cards. However, we do offer promotional giveaways. Follow our social media accounts to stay informed.
