  • When can I receive my refund?

    After we have received your return parcel, we will proceed to check the following before we process a refund:
    - The product must contain all unused components.
    - If the inside of the product is damaged or the attached tape is torn, it cannot be returned.
    - If the frame's demo lens is removed, or any visible scratches that does not fall under production defect, your return will not be processed. Your refund will be visible in your statement after 5-7 working days.

  • Can I exchange and refund in another store

    Exchanges and refunds must be done at the original store of purchase

  • Can I exchange in Singapore if I purchase in other countries?

    We are unable to process any exchange and refund for purchases from other countries, we kindly seek your understanding.

  • I'd like to cancel my order before delivery.

    Cancellation is possible only at that stage on [Order received] [Payment completed] in Order details.
    It is not possible to cancel the order from the [Ready to delivery] stage, and you can return the product after receiving it.

  • How do I apply for a return?

    You can return it within 7 days from the day you receive your product. Contact us at cs.sg@gentlemonster.com with your order number as the subject title.
    Request a return label and schedule a collection time for your return. Your return label will be sent to you by email.

  • When is the refund made?
