  • Which logisitics company is Gentle Monster using?

    Your Gentle Monster order will be delivered by our logisctics partner, Ninjavan.

  • How long does the delivery take?

    Delivery take 3- 5 working days via our courier service partner, NinjaVan.

  • Is it possible to pack in one box?

    If the order number is different, it will be delivered individually, so combined delivery is not possible.

  • I'd like to change my membership information or address.

    Changes can only be made at the [Order Acceptance] and [Payment Completed] stages, and the address and member information cannot be changed from the next stage.

  • I received the product, but it's not the product I ordered.

    Please send a picture of the product you received and warranty along with your order number, name, and product name to cs.sg@gentlemonster.com and we will assist you with it.

  • How can I track my order delivery?

    When the order details is processing status, you can check the delivery progress by pressing the [Delivery Tracking] button or using the invoice number on the courier's website.

    ■ Non-member tracking
    You can also check the order details of your order as a non-member on the website.
    If you click the login button at the top of the homepage, you can check the 'non-member order inquiry' button at the bottom.
    Please enter your email address and order number that you key in at the purchase, your tracking number will be retrieved.
