Standard Shipping

Gentle Monster offers complimentary shipping on orders placed with ‘Standard Shipping’. Orders will take 1-2 working days to process and ship.
• The orders are shipped through NinjaVan. If you did not receive your package by the expected delivery date, you may check the delivery status through NinjaVan. It is recommended to wait for additional 1 or 2 days during the peak season.
• Please note that working days are Monday through Friday during business hours (9:30am to 6:00pm), excluding national holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Same Day Delivery

Receive your orders by today with the ‘Same Day Delivery’ service. It is available to order by 2:00pm excluding weekends and national holidays. You can receive your orders placed with ‘Same Day Delivery’ between 5:00pm to 11:00pm. A delivery charge of S$10.00 is applied for all locations.
• The orders are shipped through uParcel. If you did not receive your package by 11:00pm on the day of the order, please contact our Customer Service below.

Shipping Address

• We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order, changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped.
• If you would like to amend your shipping address, please contact us immediately by email ( or phone (+65 9017 7923). However, we may not amend it once the product has already been shipped.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

* Please note that we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.
* We only ship to addresses within Singapore

Order Tracking

To check the status of your online order, please visit [ACCOUNT], sign in to your account and click [Orders] tab. Incomplete payments will automatically be canceled after three days.

Shipping Status

Once you complete making a payment, waybill number will be informed by email within 24 hours based on business days, then you may begin tracking the day after.
* Due to a high volume, delivery times are running longer than usual. We're working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Shipping Fee

• Free express shipping with a minimum purchase of S$ 200.00 and above.
• A delivery charge of S$ 8.00 will be applied to order below S$ 200.00.
• For the orders placed with ‘Same Day Delivery’, a shipping fee of S$ 10.00 for all locations.
