  • Do you sell gift card

    We do not sell gift cards but we do accept Capitaland voucher for ION and Shopping voucher for MBS.

  • How do I apply for restocking?

    If the product planned to restock, you can able to enter your email address on the product page. You will be notified by email when the product has been restocked.

  • Is it possible to "not Available" products be restocked as well?

    Not Available""product is meaning that no additional production plans, and "out of stock" is a product with a restocking schedule.
    Restocking schedule might delay depends on operations & production status.

  • How can I distinguish between male and female products?

    All the products from Gentle Monster are unisex products.

  • I'd like to know the store inventory.

    Unfortunately we are unable to check offline store inventory, You can contact the direct number of our stores at both ION Orchard or Marina Bay Sands to check for availablity.
    You may find the store contact information on the website "Stores".

  • How do I check the size of the product?

    The size can be found the Size Guide under "Product Details" on product page.

  • I logged in after receiving the restock notification, but it says it's out of stock.

    Restocking messages will be sent in batches and may be sold out early if a small amount is restocked.

  • Where can I find information about the product?

    Details can be found on the product page under product details.

  • What efforts does Gentle Monster make to prevent imitation?

    Gentle Monster is enclosed with an authentication card with a serial number to prevent the spread of imitation goods.

  • The serial number could not be verified

    After checking the precautions below, if an error still occurs, please send the product photo and the warranty card photo with the serial number to cs.sg@gentlemonster.com to help you check.

    - Please enter the serial number that is displayed correctly. - For the number '0', there is a (/) symbol inside.

  • Other then Paypal, do you accept other payment method?

    The only payment method we accept would be Paypal at the moment, we apologize for any inconviniences caused. Singapore also offers paymnt via credit card/ debit card as well via Paymentwall.

  • What is the payment method?

    Gentle monster Singapore only accepts Paypal and Credit cards at the moment.

  • Can I split my payment between multiple credit cards?

    You can only use one credit/debit card per order.

  • Why did my payment fail and what should I do?

    1. Your connection may have dropped during checkout
    2. Your card may have been rejected depending on the reason of the payment method. Please check the contents below.

    If you can't pay with a card
    - Please check if the card is available.
    - Please check if there is a credit card limit and a check card balance.
    - Please check the entered card number, password, expiration date, and whether it has been entered correctly.
    - Please check if you have selected the card you are using.

  • I'd like to change the payment method.

    [Member information - View order details - Cancel] Please cancel and reorder with the payment method you want.
    You cannot cancel the payment after the 'payment completed' status.

  • Can I get a discount depending on the payment method?

    Gentle Monster doesn't have a brand policy discount, so all products are the same price.

  • When will the payment cancellation amount be deposited?

    When you place an online order, the sum total of your order is pre-authorized by your credit card provider, meaning that amount is reserved for your order.
    You will see that the pre-authorized amount has been deducted from the available limit of your credit card, however your account will not be charged until your order has shipped.
    If you cancel your order before it ships, your account will not be charged and the pre-authorization is made void.
    Please note that the pre-authorization is valid for at least 7 days and the time it takes to release the pre-authorized amount depends on your bank.

  • Does Gentle Monster provide prescription services for optical frames?
