How to Use the Product Service

Step 1.

Submit a Repair Request and Send Your Product

Once you submit your request, we’ll provide detailed instructions and the address to which the product must be sent. Please securely package your product before shipping it to the Product Service Team.Use your preferred courier and pay the shipping fee in advance. Gentle Monster will cover the return shipping fee after the repair is completed.

Step 2.

Precise Inspection and Repair Instructions

When your product arrives at the Product Service Team, we will conduct a thorough Inspection and inform you of the appropriate repair method.Our Product Service Team will provide a detailed explanation of the repair process. If there are any special circumstances or additional fees, we will contact you before proceeding.

Step 3.

Repair

We know your product is precious, and we aim to carry out repairs promptly and accurately to resolve any issues.Repairs are processed in the order they are received and may take up to 3 weeks depending on the scope and method of repair (excluding shipping time).

Step 4.

Product Delivery After Repair
