· IICombined Middle East General Trading L.L.C is happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of your purchase when accompanied with the original receipt and the warranty card.
· Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment. Refunds to credit or debit cards may take 7 – 10 days due to the processing timings of the banks.
· Exchanges and refunds will only be accepted at Gentle Monster UAE boutiques.
· Exchanges and refunds will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
 - The lens has been replaced, removed or adjusted in any way.
 - The product has been used. Color code, CE mark, plastic films are removed or tampered with.
 - The product has been misused or damaged; unless there is a manufacturing fault.
 - Any packaging, product documents or accompanying leather pouch are missing or damaged.
Return & Exchange
Online return requests are only possible for online purchases. For store bought products, kindly visit the same location to process your exchange or return.
Exchanges and returns are eligible with in 7 days from date of purchase only. The product must be exchanged/returned in the same condition it was delivered and maintain all its packaging components, including the screen protector, demo lenses, and attached tape.
All exchanges are conducted only instore. Please visit the Gentle Monster Mall of the Emirates store to exchange your item(s).
Free returns across all online orders whereby the refund will be processed once the returned item(s) is/are received and validated in our warehouse.

If Your Order Has Been Shipped
For refund or exchange, please return your order to us within 7 days from the day of reception.
