Gentle Monster offers complimentary shipping on all orders. Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or freight forwarding locations will be cancelled.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package in transit.

RETURNS
Gentle Monster does not accept returns or exchanges on prescription lenses or customized frames, with or without prescription services.
Orders placed within the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) are eligible for a free return label.
Returns must be shipped via FedEx only.
Products may be returned to the Gentle Monster USA within 14 days from the delivery date. Once you receive your return label from our Customer Service team, you must ship the item(s) back within three business days. After this time, the return will be automatically canceled.
Return processing may take 7–14 business days, and refunds are typically issued 3–5 business days after processing.
