Gentle Monster offers complimentary shipping on all orders. Orders will take 5-7 days to process and ship. Our office operates Monday through Friday, with the exclusion of U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please double-check that your shipping information is correct as Gentle Monster is not able to change the city, state, or zip code, nor can it reroute packages once shipped.

Gentle Monster does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military address, or shipping forwarding locations.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package while in transit.
