Operation and Management of Fixed Visual Data Processing Devices
Through the policy on operation and management of fixed visual data processing devices, II Combined Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) will explain the purpose and method of using and managing personal visual information processed by the Company.
1. Grounds for Installation and Purpose of Installation
In accordance with Article 25(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company installs and operates fixed visual data processing devices for the following purposes:
- Facility safety and management, fire prevention;
- Crime prevention for the safety of employees and visiting customers;
- Prevention of illegal intrusion by outsiders (added).
2. Number of Devices Installed, Installation Locations, and Scope of Surveillance

- Processing Method
The Company maintains records and manages any requests related to the use of personal video data beyond its original purpose, provision to third parties, destruction, or access. Upon expiration of the retention period, the recorded data shall be permanently deleted using irreversible methods (e.g., shredding or incineration for physical copies), ensuring that recovery is not possible.

6. Method and Location for Accessing Personal Video Information
- Method of Access: Access to personal video information may be requested by prior contact with the individual responsible for managing video information, as well as with authorized personnel, followed by an in-person visit.
- Location of Access: The location where the relevant personal video information is stored.
7. Measures for Handling Requests Regarding Personal Video Information Access
Users may, at any time, request access to, confirmation of the existence of, or deletion of their personal video information. However, such requests will be considered only for personal video information that is necessary for the protection of the individual’s urgent life, physical safety, or property. Upon receiving such a request, the Company shall take prompt and necessary action without delay.
8. Security Measures for Personal Video Information
The Company ensures that all video information under its control is securely managed, including through encryption and other appropriate safeguards. Furthermore, the Company implements administrative measures to protect personal video information by restricting access rights and recording essential details, including the creation time, purpose of access, accessing party, and access time, to prevent unauthorized alteration or tampering. Additionally, the Company has instituted physical security measures, such as the installation of locking mechanisms, to protect personal video information.
