We inform you that our product service policy has been revised, and the changes will be effective as of March 1, 2024.
We are extending the warranty period for all our products from 12 months to 24 months.
Also, Product service warranty is introduced.
We guarantee a repair and care service for 24 months from the original purchase date, and our care specialists suggest and support the best solutions to resolve any issues encountered during product usage.
Costs may be incurred within the product service warranty, and after the expiration of the warranty period, services may be limited based on the condition of the product. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
* The updated policy will be effective for purchases made on or after March 1, 2022.
