1. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
• The company collects and uses users’ facial photos to provide transformed images using AI technology (ComfyUI) and to improve the service.

• The captured facial images of users are utilized for AI processing.
• Information collected in Mainland China is stored within Mainland China, while information collected in other countries and regions is stored within Korea.

4. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information
• The facial image data is retained for two months after collection and is automatically deleted thereafter.

5. Consent to Provide Personal Information
• Users can use the service if they read and understand this agreement and consent to provide their facial photos. If users do not consent to provide facial photos, the use of the service will be restricted.

6. Measures for Protecting Personal Information
• The company takes appropriate measures in accordance with relevant laws to protect users’ personal information.
• We implement personal data protection measures in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
