RETURNS


Our ultimate objective is to ensure that our customers have a remarkable shopping experience with us at Gentle Monster. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase online, please contact customer service to assist you with any issues you may have. You may return or exchange the product for up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS upon the delivered date

Returned products must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition with all tags and stickers attached in the original packaging. Gentle Monster will not accept products outside of the guidelines (shown below). Anything outside of the guidelines will be not be accepted and will be shipped back to your shipping address. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form must be completed and included in the return package. Returns will be processed within 14 BUSINESS DAYS from the date we receive the package. Once we receive your package, your refund(s) will be issued within 7 BUSINESS DAYS from day your return is completed.

How to receive a return label:

1. Email cs.us@gentlemonster.com with your order number as the subject title.

2. Write your name (Ship to), the product name(s), and reason for your return in the email.

3. We will respond to your request during normal business hours. After your return request has been approved, you will receive a label to the provided email address.

*Only orders within the contiguous U.S. are eligible for a free return shipping label. (Excludes AK and HI)

How to return your product:

1. Pack the Product, Invoice, Authenticity Certificate Card, Barcode, Product Booklet, RMA Form, and all packaging with protective materials intact.

2. Use the provided label** and drop off at your most convenient FedEx location. You can also drop off the pre-labeled package at select local Walgreens, Dollar General, Walmart, and other select grocery stores. To find out which stores near you accept FedEx packages, please click here.

*If you don’t have access to a printer, you can print and return your package at the following locations: FedEx Office, FedEx Office at Walmart, and Walgreens.

Please note:

1. Online orders are unable to be returned or exchanged at our flagship stores.

2. Exchanges are only available with products that have the same value as your purchase.

3. Gentle Monster cannot claim ownership of product until confirmation of product receipt by the Gentle Monster Returns Department.

4. We can only accept purchases made in and through the US and CA site. For returns and assistance on orders from outside of the United States and Canada, please contact:
