Repair Service Information

Please read over the information below to ensure quality service.

STEP 01. Repair Request 토글

Please fill out the ‘Online Product Service Request’ (located on the right). Package your product safely and ship your items to the address below.

  • -Shipping Fees : Please ship us your product with the carrier of your choice. Gentle Monster will provide shipping for completed repairs.
STEP 02. Product Received 토글

Our Concierge team will send you an email once we receive your item.

Our Product Service team will provide a detailed description of the repairs needed or requested. We will notify you of any additional costs required for your repair for review and confirmation prior to actual repair.

STEP 03. Product Repair 토글

We strive to provide all customers with the highest quality of service in the easiest and fastest way possible. Repair work orders are processed in the order they are received and may take up to 2 weeks to complete depending on the range and nature of repair.

  • * Repair parts are subject to availability and in some cases may require shipment to our HQ for further repairs. Our team will inform you of all related details before proceeding to the next steps.
STEP 04. Delivery Method 토글

Completed repairs will be sent to the address you provided during registration.
*Any fees incurred must be fully paid for repairs to begin. Gentle Monster requires customers to authorize any and all fees prior to being processed.

The product name can be checked in two ways.

1. Authenticity Card : Please check the name on the “ITEM” line. 2. Product : Hold the product as if you are about to wear it. There will be a gold engraving on the left temple (leg).

Repair Service Information (Required)

Quality Assurance -Manufacturing defects have a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase and damages caused by customer negligence is not covered by warranty and additional charges may occur. Products without an Authenticity Card and proof of purchase may not be eligible for repair.

Lens Preservation -All lenses will be carefully removed from the frame to prevent any damages.
