Our Concierge team will send you an email once we receive your item.
Our Product Service team will provide a detailed description of the repairs needed or requested. We will notify you of any additional costs required for your repair for review and confirmation prior to actual repair.
We strive to provide all customers with the highest quality of service in the easiest and fastest way possible. Repair work orders are processed in the order they are received and may take up to 2 weeks to complete depending on the range and nature of repair.
Completed repairs will be sent to the address you provided during registration.
*Any fees incurred must be fully paid for repairs to begin. Gentle Monster requires customers to authorize any and all fees prior to being processed.
