Return

Returns may be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Sent back item will be refunded after deducting 30$ for delivery fee.


How to return

  1. Please submit ‘return request’ at [Account > Order > Order detail] on the Gentle Monster website.
  2. Please arrange return pick-up and it must be paid by customer’s end. You can use any courier but, DHL is preferable.
  3. Please fill out ‘Return request form’ below and email to us cs@gentlemonster.com

  4. Please pack the item securely with all its belongings and enclose a memo of your order number.
  5. Please send parcel to our warehouse : 
    - Street: Deokpyeong-ro,  Kendall square 3F 8Dock ,120 
    - Town: Baegam-myeon, Cheoin-gu, 
    - City: Yongin-si, 
    - Province: Gyeonggi-do, 
    - Country: Republic of Korea, 
    - Postcode: 17172
When the product arrives at our warehouse, you will get a refund into your original payment method after inspection process is completed


Exchange

Product purchased online can not be exchanged and it may be returned and please place a new order.
All duty and tax free sales are final and can not be exchanged.

※ Return and exchange are not possible for the following reasons:
- When product is damaged, or any accessories are missing
- When the internal seal or sticker is removed
- When the lenses are removed from the frame
- When you have completed the product registration
