Return

• Product can only be returned at the original place of purchase.
• Every return must be made within 7 days from the day of reception.
• Product must be in their unused original condition along with any related accessories included. Where a product is supplied with protective tape, it should remain intact as well as the screen.
• Optical frames cannot be returned or exchanged if the original lens has been removed or fitted with prescription lens.


Return

1. Please apply for return in “Account – Order” and pack the product securely then send it to the address below:

2. On receipt of a return, we will check its condition then process the full refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be made by the payment system within 7 business days.

* The shipping fee for return must be paid in advance from the customer's end. Please note that parcels returned to GENTLE MONSTER with cash on arrival without notification in advance will be sent back.


Exchange

Currently order cannot be exchanged online. Please return your order to us within 7 days from the day of reception then replace an order.


Tax Refund

- In case of returning an order shipped to a Delivered Duty Paid (DPP) area, you are eligible for a refund of the order amount (customs and VAT included) for products that meet the return policy of GENTLE MONSTER.
- In case of returning an order shipped to a Delivered at Place (DAP) area, GENTLE MONSTER is not responsible for refund of customs duties and other taxes incurred during the customs clearance process.

Please contact your local customs office or tax authorities for more details.

* Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): Terms of trade whereby the seller (exporter) bears all of the risks and costs associated with transporting the goods, including customs taxes and duties, once the goods arrive at a designated destination.
* Delivered at Place (DAP): Terms of trade whereby the seller (exporter) bears all of the risks and costs of the loading, customs clearance, and ultimate delivery.


Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel or change the order, please cancel from your "Account-Order".
However, we may not cancel the order once the product has already been hand over to courier.
