Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is recorded as delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please contact FedEx within 2 weeks of placing your order to open a Lost Package Claim. Once you've reported your package as lost, please notify us at supportUS@gentlemonster.com
, so that we can further assist you.
Gentle Monster actively works with FedEx as they undergo investigations for your package. We will be able to resolve accordingly once FedEx investigations are finalized.
