We offer complimentary UPS ground shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

All packages are guaranteed to arrive within 3-7 business days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may require additional processing prior to shipment.

NOTE: WE DON’T SHIP TO P.O BOX, APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES.

All orders ship on Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Please note that our delivery options refer only to the delivery time frame and not to the time required to prepare your order.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information so that you can monitor your package in transit.

To track an order on www.gentlemonster.com , please sign-in and visit the "Order Tracking" page.

If you didn't receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us at supportUS@gentlemonster.com with the subject line, "Track My Order." Please include your Order # in your e-mail so we can better assist you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is recorded as delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please contact FedEx within 2 weeks of placing your order to open a Lost Package Claim. Once you've reported your package as lost, please notify us at supportUS@gentlemonster.com , so that we can further assist you.

Gentle Monster actively works with FedEx as they undergo investigations for your package. We will be able to resolve accordingly once FedEx investigations are finalized.

GENTLE MONSTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS IF A CUSTOMER HAS PROVIDED INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION.
