Drawing inspiration from the Cilice, this collaboration represents a discussion on man’s stretched mind and primal urges; a battle of repentance against an avalanche of muttering modern semiotics; and a confrontation of the final worship and the ultimate forgetfulness.
The collaboration campaign created by CG Watkins blends together technological dystopian hypothesis and ancient self-disciplinary practices, when main stream ideologies are pipelined into human bodies, when boundaries and “otherness” are erased, when freedom is being voluntarily forsaken.
